Refund policy

If you need to make a return, please write to us at web@isse.es or you can manage your return request through your customer account.

You may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order. The product must be unopened and show no visible signs of use. Please note that packs must be returned in their entirety, as individual products within a pack cannot be returned separately.

Once we receive the item, we will verify that it is in optimal condition. We will then process a refund for the product's purchase amount, excluding original shipping costs.
